Yes, as it is required by law that we need to verify your prescription for every order. Don't worry, this is a normal part of the process!
In order to process your order, we need the following information:
- Doctor's name, signature and office phone number
- Patient's Name
- Contact lens brand, model and prescription values
- Date the prescription was dispensed and date it expires.

If you need to renew your prescription, you can take our online vision test from the comfort of your home. The test takes about 5 minutes to complete and a licensed doctor will send you a renewed prescription within 24 hours. You can get started here!
