What is Visibly?

Visibly, formerly Opternative, is a Chicago-based healthcare technology company founded in 2014 that develops digital eye care solutions.

Our core product is a digital visual acuity test that helps identify how well you see in your current glasses or contact lenses. If you are seeing well, this information will be shared with a licensed eye care professional in your state who can renew your existing glasses or contact lens prescription. 

Currently, Visibly operates under the Enforcement Policy for Remote Ophthalmic Assessment and Monitoring Devices during the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Public Health Emergency issued by the FDA in April 2020.
