What if my glasses do not fit correctly when they arrive?

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, and if your frames do not fit how you want we can help you exchange your frames for a different pair or refund you. 

To start a return, please email us or give us a ring at: 844-573-0297 within 30 days of receiving your order. Within your email, please include:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return

Visibly will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, which may be deducted from your refunded amount for your returned products. 

Customers can expect to receive a refund within 10-14 business days after receiving the returned products.
