How do I return my order?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) and receive a full refund.

To start a return, please email us or give us a ring at: 844.573.0297 within 30 days of receiving your order. Within your email, please include:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return

Visibly will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, which may be deducted from your refunded amount for your returned products. 

Customers can expect to receive a refund within 10-14 business days after receiving the returned products.
